That’s why when Primeast was launched in 1987, we took a ‘central hub, global community’ approach to structure.
Our headquarters are in Harrogate, UK – and it’s from here we work with a network of over 100 consultants, business coaches, speakers and facilitators across the world. All are specialists in their respective fields, but, just as crucially, all are aware of the cultures in which they operate.
And whilst this community evolves over time to account for changing client needs, we always maintain a core of consultants around the world.

Whilst the majority of Primeast’s work is bespoke and direct to the end-client, a proportion is delivered in commercial channels. We continue to work in partnership with many respected brands, including professional membership organisations, conference organisers, and other global learning and development companies, running first-class programmes and providing practitioners to deliver ‘in-house curriculum’ programmes.

Quality-assured service
We believe quality is a fundamental requirement of our clients and our ISO 9001:2008 QAIC/UK/511 accreditation for ‘the design and delivery of learning interventions’ is a key factor in assuring consistent service.
Dedicated client services team
Similarly, we also offer high levels of customer service ourselves. Our Client Services Manager heads up a team of dedicated client services executives who handle all aspects of programme management, including material production, course diagnostics and venue relationships.
