That’s why when Primeast was launched 20 years ago, we took a ‘central hub, global community’ approach to structure.
Our headquarters are in Harrogate, UK - and it’s from here we work with a network of over 200 consultants, business coaches, speakers and facilitators across the world. All are specialists in their respective fields, but, just as crucially, all are aware of the cultures in which they operate. And whilst this community evolves over time to account for changing client needs, we always maintain a core of consultants around the world.

Because every business is different, we put no boundaries on the contribution we are able to make. We use a range of interventions, including coaching, facilitation, training, speaking and consulting.
What is more, we believe the appropriate environment is all-important when it comes to inspiring participants and connecting with real-life challenges. So our work is spread evenly between the great outdoors, training venues, corporate boardrooms and the workplace.
And whilst almost all of our work is bespoke, we also run first-class programmes and provide practitioners to deliver the ‘in-house curriculum’ programmes to a range of well-known professional institutions and businesses.
