As a team struggling with a complex project brief, Benita Treanor’s coaching methods really helped us to focus. She encouraged us to think outside the box developing different methods which allowed us to analyse the task in a more strategic manner. Throughout the sessions we had with Benita she provided intelligent insight and a lot of encouragement and support. Benita worked very well with within our group dynamics and we all felt she was fully committed to helping us achieve our goals.
