The programme itself is based on the core topics of a traditional MBA but delivered in a no-nonsense practical way. Participants range from managers wanting to broaden their business knowledge to Directors with full MBAs who are looking for a quick refresher of the critical elements. The programme is so successful that it is now being offered 4 times a year.

A popular part of the programme is a ‘real time’ project where competing teams have to create a business plan, including research, marketing plan and 3 year financial projections for a new venture and present in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ environment. The Dragons include programme facilitators and a real Private Equity investor. The current programme includes participants from around the UK as well as Nigeria and Qatar.
