Primeast Chairman John Campbell advises holistic approach to employee wellbeing
In the latest edition of The HR Director, the independent strategic HR magazine, Primeast’s Chairman and Founder John Campbell reminds organisations of the importance of adopting a holistic strategy that links wellbeing with employee engagement.
In issue 81, John advises that
“the solution to ill health and employee absence needs to be more deep-rooted because performance, strategy, health and wellbeing are all encompassing.”
He also points out that unless an organisation’s people are looked after, employee turnover will be high, and goes on to offer his top tips for developing health and wellbeing in the workplace.
