Primeast

Last month we held a workshop for the Learning and Development managers of a client at our offices. During the lunch break one of the participants caught sight of the Primeast office team sitting round a table eating what looked like the same meal.

Having watched them for a few moments she asked what was going on. Sue, our Client Services Manager explained that it was ‘Souper Wednesday’, where each Wednesday, everyone who was in the office, stopped, made time to share a meal together and chat about nothing in particular. Sue then went on to explain that the soup and bread was home made by the 10 year old son of one of the team.

The participant then walked back to her colleagues and was heard to tell them: “…that’s the kind of thing we need to do…”
