Primeast help Team Santa raise money for children's hospice

Arqiva's fund-raising Santas
The task brief starts simply enough: “this exercise is designed to help you practice leadership, teamwork and management skills on a real project”. But with a keen eye on both experiential learning and fostering corporate social responsibility (CSR), this Primeast designed task for the Arqiva Manager-2-Leader programme gave participants the challenge of raising money for Naomi House, a children’s hospice near Winchester, UK.

Too many Santas!
Amongst other solutions, they organised 10 colleagues to join the 5-km Santa Fun Run in Winchester on Sunday 6th December, raising £2,500 which Arqiva has promised to match fund to £5,000. As you can see from the picture above, the team were all appropriately dressed for this time of year, although it was a little bit difficult to pick them out from amongst all the other Santas when the run got started!

Arqiva are the UK leaders in broadcast transmission, media services, communications, infrastructure and network solutions for a digital world. They are the government’s chosen supplier for the UK Digital Switchover Project.
