In January’s edition of Yorkshire Business Insider, Primeast’s Chairman John Campbell takes part in a discussion about why it is wrong for companies to undervalue their training during this period of economic difficulty. He challenges current short-term thinking that focuses on a perceived lack of skills in staff, asking instead:

“Are you plugging a temporary gap because of something you think you need, or are you preparing to come out of the recession in two years?”
