How are Organisations Managing Change?
Primeast are currently researching the impact (and our perceptions) of the economic situation on how organisations are managing change.
Senior Consultants Jo Murphy (left) and Sarie Leroy (right), are conducting the survey, looking specifically at how organisations are implementing change and what effect (if any) current economic pressures are having on the balance between project structures, processes and people engagement.
Are we neglecting the hearts and minds side of project management in our haste to deliver? Or are we so focussed on keeping everyone calm that we’re bending processes too far and risking the end result?
Jo and Sarie will be in touch with a selection of Primeast contacts over the next couple of months to conduct her detailed research.
