Do you know where your talent is hiding? Primeast®'s Clive Wilson wants us to develop our strengths
Primeast®’s deputy chairman and Head of Talent Liberation Clive Wilson has taken to his soapbox in the ‘Speaker’s Corner’ section of the new-look Professional Manager magazine for March/April to ask why businesses are concentrating too much on developing weakness and too little on developing strengths.
In discussing the “only the top 10% are talented” myth, and pointing out that strengths and competences are not the same, Clive challenges businesses to turn away from traditional methods of developing their people, to instead truly maximise their potential.
