Howard JohnsonHoward works with focused communication programmes in both English and Portuguese, for leadership, team-building, marketing and client satisfaction. He runs programmes ranging from one-on-one coaching with executives, to outdoor team-building sessions for 300.
Howard has worked in education, consulting and sales at executive level, bringing a wealth of practical experience to the classroom situation. He has given talks, run workshops and seminars, and created tailored learning programmes for a variety of companies around the world. Howard began his career teaching European languages and literature (French and German) in the UK, after which he emigrated to Brazil. There he worked as Deputy Director at a British School, before migrating to a major consulting company.
As Training Director responsible for a US$5 million budget, and personal contacts with a variety of clients in his instructor and facilitator role, Howard had unparalleled opportunities to understand a variety of industry sectors and their key issues. A subsequent period as VP for Executive Development at a major telephone listing company brought him into close contact with the world of hard sales and communication technology. Howard now runs his own educational consulting company
