Clive Wilson

A writer, speaker and business coach specialising in leadership and progressive talent management, Clive is Primeast’s Head of Talent Liberation, becoming Deputy Chairman after seven years as managing director. His new role provides the opportunity to develop and promote talent liberation as global strategy for organisations to “survive and thrive”.
Clive has been engaged in client-facing consultancy since 2000 following a career of 27 years in the electricity industry, the last ten years of which were associated with leading change. As well as leading client interventions, he hosts a number of online and face to face forums where professionals from all sectors can share challenges and best practice. For the talent forum, he interviewed leading professionals from all sectors on their philosophies and strategies in leadership and talent management. Many of these interviews have been video recorded and can be viewed online.
Clive has recently worked in the UK, France, Germany, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Singapore, Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, Zambia and Malawi.
In 2009 he was appointed as Ambassador for the Chartered Management Institute.
