Joanne Ernst
Joanne Ernst (née Murphy) is a professional coach and project manager. Her core strength is change management, both from a project and a people point of view. Joanne is passionate about ensuring organisational change is embedded in behaviours, not just implemented in systems.
Joanne is a seasoned project manager and an ILM accredited professional coach. She has over a decade’s experience managing multimillion construction, IT, business change and other projects in New Zealand and the UK. She knows how to ‘make change stick’, and offers insightful coaching to managers, particularly in the delicate areas of motivation and inspiration. As well as having a wealth of experience working with project and organisational change, Joanne is an engaging and insightful coach, having worked with many senior managers to generate and support individual change. She thrives on helping managers raise their self-belief and achieve their potential, as well as helping people make real step-changes in performance that often lead to promotions or other tangible successes.
She is also an experienced facilitator of teams, whether about their performance or about projects they are undertaking. Joanne takes an interactive, experiential approach when working with teams to create learning and team-cooperation that endures.
