Leon Borst
Leon is an experienced and energetic change consultant and management trainer. He focuses on understanding and exploring the human dynamic in teams and organisations in order to achieve the best possible business results. Leon thrives on helping organisations and teams raise their self-belief and achieve their potential.
Leon is an experienced facilitator of teams, whether it is dealing with communication and relationships, or the performance of projects teams are undertaking. He takes an intuitive and experiential approach when working with teams to create learning and improvement that endures. His expertise ranges from leadership and team development, to change management and process facilitation. Since every development step demands a great deal from people, Leon tries to obtain a clear insight into people and the interests that are at play, in order to find creative ways to challenge the status quo. In the final analysis, Leon feels it is not only about the insights people gain, but also about the tangible steps they take to change and improve.
Leon is currently managing director of Challenge Learning in the Netherlands. He has delivered projects in Dutch, English and German.
