Sarie Leroy

Sarie LeroySarie is a consultant and project manager. As an international project manager she developed her skills in change management, both from a project and a people side, as well as her passion for learning and diversity. She is positive, dynamic and result driven.

Sarie is an experienced and Prince2 certified international project manager. She has run a variety of projects, including change projects triggered by IT, acquisitions, mergers, and rebranding. She facilitates strategic workshops based on the models of the world’s most famous management gurus.

Besides having almost a decade of experience in project and change management, Sarie is also a facilitator of interactive, experiential workshops in a wide range of management domains, including change, strategy, leadership, and teams. Furthermore she is a project management coach, who strongly believes in the learning capacity of individuals, teams and organisations as a whole.

Sarie has worked in Paris and Frankfurt, as well as on many international projects within and outside Europe. Her language skills help her to create international relationships easily, allowing her counterparts to express themselves in their mother tongue. Sarie is a native Dutch speaker, with excellent English and French skills. She also has a good knowledge of German, and is conversational in Spanish.
