Alice Zinyemba
Alice Zinyemba is a certified Organizational Development and management consultant. She is a university lecturer of business administration, leadership, and management development. Alice works both with public and private sector organizations and NGOs in managing change and project evaluation.
She firmly believes in Organizational Development’s power to establish current reality as a starting point for any intervention, involving all whose interests are affected by the issue at hand in analysing what is emerging, planning what to do, and implementing mutually agreed processes for a new and desired reality.
Alice is a founding partner of Effectiveness Consultants Zimbabwe. She previously worked for the Civil Service, rising to the rank of Head of Human Resources Department of the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Administration and Management. Prior to this, Alice worked for the Rainbow Tourism Group Hotels as Group Human Resources Director. With 15 years consulting experience Alice conducts organizational surveys, designs interventions based on assessment results and conducts training. She has successfully trained a number of internal and freelance consultants in OD skills.
