Change

A coach leading a training session with the use of a flip chartThe pace of change continues to increase, prompted by globalisation, competition, stakeholder demand and the Internet. The effect of this on leaders is significant. As affirmed by the Global Leadership Alliance in 2007, the imperative for leaders is “to create the conditions” necessary to deliver the corporate vision - and not to be distracted into operational problem solving.

Our PrimeFocus framework reminds us of the conditions the leader must establish. In a nutshell, they must be very clear of the vision, and engage to make appropriate changes to the structure and character of the organisation. Typically, process change and culture change will be key components of any change and they must be tackled with due sensitivity to each other.

Our experience in working with clients in the change arena for over twenty years will save you time, effort and money. Why try to reinvent a wheel that has been turned by others many times before?

Talk to one of our senior consultants about:

“People will often enjoy change - when they’re part of the journey!”
