Benita Treanor successfully led our Coaching Development programme for senior managers as part of a wider transformational initiative at Npower. Benita helped us realise that coaching is a pivotal ingredient in helping managers to “play to their strengths” and in turn this has led to real financial “bottom line” improvements.

She handled this task (which involved the need for in-depth knowledge and understanding of working within organisation culture change) with intelligence, conscientiousness and good humour.

Benita was able to engage the toughest of sceptics, enabling them through the coaching, to recognise their strengths and take ownership of applying it to the change programme, as well as creating enduring ambassadors of change.
