Once again, I cannot recommend your course highly enough. Both the Manager 2 Leader and the High Performing Teams courses were superb. Since being on these courses I have been given the opportunity to run the MuxCo team while our Director is on holiday (for three and a half weeks). This is giving me a fantastic opportunity to put all of the theories into practise and I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge.
