Primeast People
Unlike many business learning and development companies Primeast does not use a huge global pool of 'mercenary trainers' to conduct our work. Having said that we do have a network of over 100 experienced facilitators and trainers all around the world!
Our approach is to use personal recommendation to source new talent. Only then will we, or one of our global partners, spend time with them; understand their values, style and abilities. Often we will invite them to shadow one of our experienced facilitators on a programme in order to asses their capability. When we are happy we will ask them to join our network and to work with us on a regular basis.
By using this approach we are able to ensure a good fit with Primeast values and methodologies, which we feel is important but is critical for the maintenance of our ISO 9001 accreditation.
The value to our clients is our ability to offer consistency and quality wherever we work, whether it's just down the road or on the other side of the world.
Inevitably the team changes from time to time at the core there are a number of key players. Take a look at the biographies etc...
