Benita is an organisational consultant, facilitator, executive coach and coach supervisor, working with leaders and teams. She specialises in cultural and behavioural change and transformational psychology. Her success is based on her engagement of meaning, inspiring others to engage with change both at an organisational and personal level.
Benita’s focus is working in a way that introduces leaders and teams to develop leading-edge ways of thinking, accessing a deeper learning that are key in creating change that serves the highest possibilities of both the organisation and the individual. She combines many years of experience of working with groups and individuals from a range of backgrounds and cultures with first hand experience of managing major change within organisations.
