Chris RolandChris RolandDr. Chris Roland works with leaders and their teams in their quest to develop trusting collaborative cultures that lead to increased work satisfaction and productivity. Chris specialises in the design and facilitation of experiential team and leadership development programs that result in actionable, tangible results. He also specialises in the integration of “Emotional Intelligence” into the work place, including Executive Coaching.

Chris has over twenty years of experience as an internal organisational development specialist, external consultant/trainer and university professor. Since 1999 he has worked primarily in the pharmaceutical/biotech industries focusing on change management, team development and executive coaching.

Dr. Chris Roland’s internal experience includes Organisational Development Specialist at The Cheshire Medical Centre in Keene, New Hampshire. He was responsible for team assessments, team development, continuous quality improvement (CQI) and leadership coaching. He has also worked in Europe and Southeast Asia providing consulting, training and facilitation services to a wide-range of clients. Included is a long-term relationship with Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) where he has provided train-the-trainer programs in organizational assessment; designing/facilitating indoor experiential activities and program evaluation.
