Chris Van der Voort

Chris van der VoortChris van der VoortChris is an energetic and experienced consultant, facilitator and coach working in an international a cross-cultural context. His specialism is leadership and team development and he is experienced in coaching management teams to effect organisational change.

Chris’ core focus is improving individual and team performance to deliver real business results. He achieves this with his strong analytical ability when assessing the business situation, the context and the needs of the team / the targets, and then designing creative, experiential learning interventions. He energises projects and teams by injecting commitment and enthusiasm, steering projects, coordinating and coaching teams.

After qualifying as a French teacher, Chris’ passion for personal development saw him establish Horizon 2000, an organisation for personal development. He then worked with the Belgian Outward Bound School and became Programme Director of City Bound. He pursued this passion to France by co-establishing Outward Bound France, before returning to Belgium to set up his own independent training and consultancy business and establishing INTC (International Network for Trainers and Consultants). He is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
