Chris Walker is an experienced organisational and human resource development consultant. He likes to establish close working relationships with his clients, to better understand the real opportunity and problem issues, the working culture, and the people involved. He then creates elegant interventions that deliver preferred outcomes.

With a lifelong passion for developing human and organisational potential, he has the know-how and experience that has enabled his corporate clients to make the right changes happen. He has operated for 20 years, worldwide, as Process Consultant, Facilitator, Coach, Transformation Agent and Trainer.

Following his graduation in Economics and Business, Chris gained commercial experience in the Printing and Publishing industry. His key strength is in bridging commercial and business imperatives with those of the people expected to deliver results. Chris has a clear understanding and working background in business funadamentals – business and marketing strategy and planning – and developing human potential. His consultancy work has primarily focussed on working with key people in organisations – large and small – tasked with transforming and growing their business. Chris is very practical and pragmatic, seeking high yield and elegant solutions that minimise the collateral damage to people and the organisation. His MA in International Politics and Security Studies provided the base for his work with high level conflict resolution and negotiation.
