Clive Wilson
Clive is a business coach and motivational speaker with a passion for leadership. He describes his role at Primeast, where he has the opportunity to lead the provision of services in leadership, change and teamwork to household name clients, as his “perfect job”.
Clive’s work is a rich mix of working as part of the Primeast leadership team, professional speaking (focused on leadership) and business coaching. He also enjoys working with other senior consultants to deliver the breadth of Primeast services where his skills add value. In the recent year or so, Clive has worked in the UK, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Singapore, Nigeria, Ghana and Malawi.
Clive gained his grounding in leadership and change in the electricity industry in the 1990s during which time he led a number of programmes to make the change from nationalised industry to free-market effective.
His passion for speaking has been a thread to his career from the outset. As well as speaking passionately about leadership himself he has worked with other speakers including notably Sir Graham Hall in the 1990s where Clive provided a range of services including topic development, speech writing and review.
