Clive Wilson

A writer, speaker and business coach specialising in the release of potential, Clive is Primeast’s Head of Talent Liberation. He became deputy chairman at Primeast in 2008 after seven years as managing director. In 2009 he was appointed as Ambassador for the Chartered Management Institute. His roles provide opportunities to develop and promote progressive approaches to releasing potential in individuals, teams, organisations and communities.
Clive has been engaged in client-facing consultancy since 2000 following a career of 27 years in the electricity industry, the last ten years of which were associated with leading change. As well as leading client interventions, he hosts a number of online and face to face forums where professionals from all sectors can share challenges and best practice.
His progressive stance on talent management led his selection by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to design and deliver its Progressive Strategies for Talent Management programme, twice a year to HR directors in London. Outside Europe, his workshops have been staged in Singapore, Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Mauritius, Lebanon and Jordan.
