Joanne Ernst (née Murphy) is a professional coach and project manager. Her core strength is change management, both from a project and a people point of view. Joanne is passionate about ensuring organisational change is embedded in behaviours, not just implemented in systems.
Joanne is a seasoned project manager and an ILM accredited professional coach. She has over a decade’s experience managing multimillion construction, IT, business change and other projects in New Zealand and the UK.
Jan Brause
Jan is a performance development consultant, professional coach and coach supervisor. She has many years successful experience of enabling personal growth and performance improvement through a passionate focus on the individual in an organisational context.
She combines many years experience of working with groups and individuals from a range of backgrounds and cultures with first hand experience of corporate change.
Simon Tarver
Simon is Primeast’s Head of Teamwork, and has been working in the training and development field for nearly 20 years. In that time his work has ranged from career coaching to developing and moving teams to a level of higher performance. He passionately believes in the power and effectiveness of learning by employing a range of techniques. These techniques include experiencing, experimenting and reflecting. Theoretical inputs are complemented with skills workshops, business games and outdoor simulations.
Clive Wilson

A writer, speaker and business coach specialising in the release of potential, Clive is Primeast’s Head of Talent Liberation. He became deputy chairman at Primeast in 2008 after seven years as managing director.
