David is a professional facilitator who deals with the human dimension of change and transition. His courses and facilitation activities focus on Leadership, Management, Relationship building, Team building, Mission, vision and values, Communication skills and Negotiation.

With 25 years’ experience in management positions, David has been successfully training and facilitating organizational change on a full-time basis for the last 8 years. He has worked with clients in public and private organisations in the Americas and Asia.

Sharon is a dynamic and creative training consultant with a background of extensive corporate experience in mainland China. She worked for three years with the China state owned sector, acting as an intermediary between Chinese and Australian businesses, helping negotiations and project implementation with various industries giving her an excellent insight and experience of the issues and challenges facing multinational companies setting up business in China.

Marisa Chuawiwat

Marisa is a highly skilled facilitator, trainer and consultant, who has worked with many multi-national companies in Thailand and across the Asia Pacific region. She has worked extensively with regional and international clients, as well as many multinational companies operating in Thailand.

Keeping holds the position of a senior training consultant with Primeast’s South-East Asia business partner, designing and delivering high quality corporate training programmes around the Asia Pacific region. His expertise lies in training and human resource development, strategic business development, sales and marketing. He has designed and delivered corporate training programmes for all levels of management, including being the lead facilitator for multinational clients.

David specialises in facilitating creative and impactful training programs that are carefully customized to meet the client objectives.

David is an accomplished and highly experienced trainer/facilitator, and has been working in the corporate training and development field in Asia for the last 13 years.

A Director of the South-East Asia regional business partner of Primeast, David specialises in the design, delivery and facilitation of impactful and highly effective training programmes for regional and multinational corporate clients. He also consults to international organisations on organisational development and project management.

Mike has been described as a ‘Renaissance Man’. He owns several businesses, works as a management consultant specialising in team-building, strategic planning and presentation skills, writes books, runs safaris for visiting UK children, is an award winning photographer, and lectures on cruise liners.
