Frieda works to help individuals and groups share ideas and thoughts, reaching a consensus on a focused questions or topics in a short amount of time.
Frieda honed her skills as a trainer and facilitator in her roles as Training/PE/Organization Development manager for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Taiwan, Training Director at World Family Taiwan Ltd, and Service Director at Learning Technology Taiwan Ltd. She is now experienced in a wide range of training approaches, including activity based experiential learning, facilitative group process and interaction, innovation, problem solving, breakthrough thinking, 360 Degree Feedback, and Six Sigma.
