Georg Stüer
As a former police officer in C.I.D., Georg now specialises in self- and resource management, conflict handling, negotiating and self-development. Using typology as well as Transaction Analyses, he focuses on leadership development and teams to achieve high performance.
Since 1996, Georg has worked in the people development field with customers from many different backgrounds. Whilst he has long experience of developing teams in financial consulting, over the last 10 years he has been involved in development programmes for automobile and television companies.
For Georg, the time after the training/coaching is just as important as the training itself. Reflecting on one’s own personal habits and creating new options for the participants is the major topic in his work. He believes that a really good understanding of the various ways we communicate, and the impact this has on others, is the key for personal development. With a passion for development that is underscored by sound theoretical knowledge, Georg is able to find interesting and practical applications for use with his clients.
