Jana Bilíková
Jana is a trainer of intercultural and communication skills, mediation and conflict resolution in Czech, English and French. As well as soft-skills courses, Jana also focuses on team–building and team-spirit programs, based on experiential learning.
Jana enjoys diversity, one example being her cooperation with the Czech Helsinki Committee on a communication training project for prisoners, where she used the experience with experiential learning she gained as trainer of team-building and team-spirit programmes for Outward Bound-Česká Cesta s.r.o. She has also prepared personnel for various missions using French at Ministry of Defense for Czech Republic.
In order to fully understand multicultural environments, Jana has worked for several international organisations; she held a long term internship at Free University of Brussels and Franco-Czech Chamber of Commerce. Whilst her cooperation with multinational organizations is ongoing, her specialization is intercultural management in Franco-Czech teams.
