Martin has worked as a Management Consultant, Facilitator and Coach in the UK, Europe, Asia and South Africa. He is also a professional speaker.

He has extensive consultancy experience, initially in financial services before working in a variety of industries and public sector. Martin works with both Board members and Directors, facilitating change and performance enhancement, and senior management teams, maximising their effectiveness. For all his clients, Martin brings a wealth of experience from his coaching assignments

Martin has undertaken a variety of senior management positions for blue chip organisations. He works with managers and executives on business related issues in the private and public sector. He draws on his own personal experience and insights gained from working with people at all levels on a wide range of HR issues.

Martin is deeply passionate about developing people to improve personal performance, satisfaction and enhanced business results. He is highly qualified but uses this in a very practical, objective supportive way to help people gain new insights to key leadership or strategic issues and find solutions which work for them.
