Raymond TsuiRaymond is very experienced in providing training to a wide scope of industries, including corporate, Government, university and public utilities. He has been in the experiential training field for over 20 years.
Raymond specialises in experiential-based training, and has been involved in team building, leadership, communications, motivation, and positive thinking projects. His experiential and adventure-based learning approach has proved to be extremely popular with those attending his programmes. Raymond was the first course instructor conducting the Outward Bound programme in China, and the former Outward Bound Hong Kong Chief Instructor. He also specialised in risk assessments, as well as the design and building of adventure facilities.
Raymond is a mature “all rounder”, able to interact with both senior managers and staff at all levels. He is skilled in creating a safe environment (both physical and psychological), in which people can grow personally and develop practical people skills.
