Rob Parry
Rob is a personal and team development facilitator with over 20 years experience. He works experientially with delegates, who range from the shop floor, to senior managers and director level.
Rob values people above all else, and his skill in creating the right environment and atmosphere within groups for learning is a key element in his approach. He has a huge range of practical experience, from outdoor experiential programmes, to competence based training room facilitation.
Rob began his career in 1984 at an outdoor experiential training centre in North Wales, where he designed and delivered cutting edge team and leadership programmes. Since then, he has been a freelance and associate facilitator, working with a wide selection of industries and personnel.
In recent years, Rob has been involved in facilitating programmes that focus on corporate social responsibility. He has also delivered UK charity and community-based events, as well as music/drama workshops and performances in Turkey and Poland for a range of multinational businesses. Rob has also run programmes in USA, Germany, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, Egypt and Italy
