Russell Evans
Russell is managing director of Primeast, where he utilises his corporate experience in leadership, team working, organisational development and change management.
Russell previously worked in blue chip customer-centred businesses, where he gained senior operational management experience in leadership, team effectiveness and the management of change. Additionally he has internal consultancy, people development and project management experience.
On returning to general management, he became a ‘trouble shooter’ tasked with turning round and re-energising failing flagship retail stores – an experience he successfully repeated several times.
As an experienced practitioner in the use of a range of diagnostic methodologies, Russell believes that a clearer understanding of ourselves and those we deal with lies at the heart of organisational performance.
Russell also served as a commissioned officer in the Training Branch of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve for 12 years. There he specialised in leading and designing adventurous training activities focused on leadership and team development.
