Simon Tarver
Simon is a Director of Primeast and has been working in the training and development field for nearly 20 years. In that time his work has ranged from career coaching to developing and moving teams to a level of higher performance. He passionately believes in the power and effectiveness of learning by employing a range of techniques. These techniques include experiencing, experimenting and reflecting. Theoretical inputs are complemented with skills workshops, business games and outdoor simulations. When designing interventions Simon uses his excellent working knowledge of relevant models and theories; and uses a range of established tools and Psychometric Measures.
Prior to joining Primeast Simon worked for Lifeskills International and Methven Career Management and moved from London after working for Raleigh International (Operation Raleigh) for 8 years where he managed the UK selection programme. In that time he also worked as part of the team that set up the commercial management training arm of Raleigh International which went on to be a leader in its field.
Simon has worked with some of the largest companies in the world and delivers unique training interventions in some of the most challenging locations.
