Tomáš Hančil
Tomáš is our Principal Consultant in the Czech Republic. His work is rooted in developmental psychology, philosophy and theology. Caring deeply about the principles he teaches but even more about the people, Tomáš’ consulting and training work is unconventional and people-oriented, deep but not theoretical, long lasting yet not heavy.
His broad range of experience allows him to creatively expand on the latest theories and approaches, whilst his academic habits do not let him to settle on the second-best solution. Tomáš’ interdisciplinary thinking ensures that he finds creative solutions to most problems encountered.
Tomas combines in his work depth of philosophical and theological insight with practical approaches of contemporary leadership. An interdisciplinary approach has been present in his work from the very beginning: his former field of study concerned the differences in reasoning within hard sciences and humanities. Now Tomas blends the focus on values and deep life questions with importance of effective leadership in fast changing economy. The impact of his work is thus felt in the organizational systems as well as by every individual person involved.
He has worked successfully with both production line staff and top management of international companies. His soft coaching style training allows everybody to get rid of personal hindrances and explore the new possibilities of personal excellence.
