Tracy Meachin-AdamsTracy Meachin-AdamsTracy is a development consultant and professional coach with many years experience of enabling personal performance improvement in the context of a tough commercial environment. As founder and Managing Director of one of Primeast’s partner companies, Tracy combines many years experience of working with groups and individuals from a range of levels and cultures with extensive experience of working at the sharp end of dynamic businesses.

Tracy firmly believes that organisations must focus on developing their people’s talents in order to reap the full financial benefits of training investment. After completing her studies, she initially worked in accountancy where she gained a qualification in financial accounting and bookkeeping. From there she moved to the hotel and hospitality industry where she gained extensive general and sales management experience in a variety of roles.

More recently Tracy moved to housing and construction where her role was to develop sales and buying teams. While in this role she spend much of her time teaching Quantity Surveyors to get the best deals when buying a full range of construction materials. Her last role was at Director level where she led and developed national sales and marketing teams.
