Ty Francis

Ty FrancisTy FrancisTy specialises in Organisational Development, Corporate Communications and Innovation. He focuses on building the capacity for participation and engagement at all levels of the business through developing the strategic and creative potential of leaders and teams. Ty has more than 20 years of experience working internationally across commercial and public sectors on projects that produce new thinking, as well as personal and organisational transformation. A Gestalt psychologist, Ty regularly publishes articles on coaching, creative leadership, innovation and employee engagement.

Ty has held senior management positions in both Corporate Communications and Organisational Development functions in the media, pharmaceutical and IT industries, working originally for Thomsons International News Group, before moving to GlaxoSmithKline and then Cap Gemini. His experience includes sales management, copy writing, brand strategy development and promotional campaign management, as well as internal consulting on corporate communications and change projects.

Ty started his working life as a teacher, introducing Media Studies to the school curriculum in Cheshire. Involvement in innovation has been a constant theme throughout his career.
