Joanne Ernst (née Murphy) is a professional coach and project manager. Her core strength is change management, both from a project and a people point of view. Joanne is passionate about ensuring organisational change is embedded in behaviours, not just implemented in systems.
Joanne is a seasoned project manager and an ILM accredited professional coach. She has over a decade’s experience managing multimillion construction, IT, business change and other projects in New Zealand and the UK.

Russell is managing director of Primeast, where he utilises his corporate experience in leadership, team working, organisational development and change management.
Clive Wilson
A writer, speaker and business coach specialising in leadership and progressive talent management, Clive is Primeast’s Head of Talent Liberation, becoming Deputy Chairman after seven years as managing director.
Warwick Abbott
Warwick is Primeast’s Head of Coaching. He is also a director of the company, where he develops and leads both UK and worldwide programmes. One of his major projects was awarded a UK National Training Award. Warwick is a facilitator with international experience of helping people to grow through relationship building and the management of change.
Gary Edwards
Gary, one of the founding Directors of Primeast, specialises in the area of leading, managing and motivating virtual or remote teams – what leaders need to do to move them to the high performance that fast changing business environments demand.
Lee Ford
Lee is Primeast’s senior sales coach. Working with staff who operate right through the sales process, he is currently specialising in ‘turn-around’ situations within sales teams.
Lee has in excess of 20 years commercial front line sales / training experience across a range of sectors including FMCG, Professional Services and Performance Improvement.

Sue is a consultant, trainer and coach who works with teams and individuals to develop exceptional performance. She specialises in transforming teams and helping managers become great leaders. The depth of her commercial experience gives her a unique perspective on business challenges in highly competitive environments.
