Good leadership starts with self awareness. Great leaders know who they are, where they come from and what beliefs and values shape their thinking. They have a clear and compelling picture of the future and the ability to take others with them. Primeast can enable individuals to embrace their own leadership styles and work more effectively with others.

Our approach to leadership development is person centred. We start with an examination of the person expected to lead, using a wide range of diagnostic tools. The first intervention ensures participants gain a thorough understanding of themselves, their motivators, values and beliefs and their vision for the future.

Personal brand and vision

Once aware of their strengths and how to use them to best effect, we build on the resilience required to remain an effective leader. We explore how a balanced approach to physical, emotional and intellectual wellbeing contributes to the effective leader’s personal performance.

The work done at this stage allows the leader to build a solid foundation of self knowledge and self discipline (the being), before looking at the other more outwardly facing elements of leadership (the doing).

Leaders must also have a grasp of their personal brand and vision which they want to project and be clear how this aligns to that of the organisation.

We use diagnostics to profile strengths, values, beliefs, authenticity and behaviours, and give feedback to help leaders adapt, change or grow – Primeast are accredited to use a wide range of profiling tools, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step 1®, Strength Deployment Inventory®, TMSDI®, Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)®, EQ-I®, and MTQ48.
  • Your impact on others – Involves using 360 feedback and interpreting diagnostic profiles to look in depth at your impact on your team/colleagues/ superiors/ networks/culture/community.
