Troubled Teams

Lacklustre performance, unresolved conflicts, stress, absenteeism and increased attrition are often signs of poor teamwork. Contrast that with a high performing team, with fully engaged members who overcome barriers to success and exceed expectations. The difference is remarkable.
When co-operation suffers all involved are left with a strong feeling that the journey is dismal, unrewarding or besieged by difficult dynamics. Our work with teams in such circumstances has strengthened our belief that most people would love to do a great job if only there was direction, focus and the right working environment.
We work with ‘real’ teams
At Primeast we have over 20 years experience working with teams of all shapes and sizes; permanent teams, project teams, virtual/remote teams, cross-cultural, and matrix teams. We also have specialist facilitators who prefer working with ‘real‘ operational teams, whether taking them “from good to great” or repairing broken ones…

Our approach
We start by establishing the issues at stake and agreeing clear outcomes. To help us with this we use a range of diagnostics and research methods to identify where attention is needed most. Then, using our experience and proven design process we create a no-nonsense, fit-for-purpose intervention.
On the day we facilitate appropriate team activities and skills practice to encourage constructive dialogue between team members. Throughout our approach is experiential and hands on with a clear focus on sustainable results for that team.
