Tomáš Hančil
Tomáš is our Principal Consultant in the Czech Republic. His work is rooted in developmental psychology, philosophy and theology. Caring deeply about the principles he teaches but even more about the people, Tomáš’ consulting and training work is unconventional and people-oriented, deep but not theoretical, long lasting yet not heavy.
His broad range of experience allows him to creatively expand on the latest theories and approaches, whilst his academic habits do not let him to settle on the second-best solution.

Petr specialises in training and coaching of Sales People, his style combining approaches from NLP, systemic constellations and transactional analysis. He creates an environment in training where participants have enough space to share their experience and discuss concerns. Through his own experience, Petr is able to maintain direction and ensure the transfer of relevant learning. As a trainer of sales skills and behaviours, he is strongly goal-oriented.
