Russell, I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the workshop today. Your style and professionalism were exceptional; you clearly have a deep knowledge of your subject area and this was very evident. You have a very effective style that draws out the best in people in ensures that everyone remains closely engaged. I also noted your more subtle tactics; such as leaving us to have our own space at lunchtime where we could reflect and review. Little things like that are important and show a real empathy with your delegates.
