As Senior Consultant, SW Region, Primeast North America, Joy Deason is an organizational development specialist with over 25 years’ experience of working on strategic change and business improvement projects in the energy and petrochemical industries. Her skill areas include change management, leadership and team development, workshop design and facilitation, and training needs assessment, development, and delivery.

Joy’s consulting career, which follows almost fifteen years of work in the petrochemical industry, draws extensively on insights from her years in the client’s shoes.

Christophe is Primeast’s Head serving the Change Agents and Social Entrepreneurs Sector. He is a lawyer and internationalist by training, and as consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, he specialises in supporting organisations in improving and transforming their leadership, team work, engagement of talent, and change-ability.

Sarah SharpSarah is Primeast’s Head of Leadership, and as a development professional is passionate about learning and performance improvement.

Tomáš is our Principal Consultant in the Czech Republic. His work is rooted in developmental psychology, philosophy and theology. Caring deeply about the principles he teaches but even more about the people, Tomáš’ consulting and training work is unconventional and people-oriented, deep but not theoretical, long lasting yet not heavy.

His broad range of experience allows him to creatively expand on the latest theories and approaches, whilst his academic habits do not let him to settle on the second-best solution.

Russell is managing director of Primeast, where he utilises his corporate experience in leadership, team working, organisational development and change management.

Warwick is Primeast’s Head of Coaching. He is also a director of the company, where he develops and leads both UK and worldwide programmes. One of his major projects was awarded a UK National Training Award. Warwick is a facilitator with international experience of helping people to grow through relationship building and the management of change.

Linnit excels working with people, whether bringing training alive for them, or working with them to help find solutions to their issues. She specializes in the interactions between people, both as individuals, and in group situations. Linnit also brings a wealth of experience as a facilitator and trainer from a 20 year international career.

Gary is one of the founding Directors of Primeast and a Director of Primeast India Pvt. He specialises in the area of leading, managing and motivating virtual or remote teams – what leaders need to do to move them to the high performance that fast changing business environments demand.
