Organisational Development and Change
Today’s economic climate is arguably tougher than at any time in the last 50 years. Most markets are facing huge upheaval. So whilst the need to re-shape how organisations work is a priority right now, getting the most from your resources and people has never been more important.
Primeast’s approach to Organisational Development & Change
With over 23 years experience working with clients in the organisational change arena, Primeast strongly believes that the starting point on any change journey is a robust but flexible, visionary strategy, be it for survival or exceptional performance and growth.
We also believe that from the very conceptual start of a change initiative the human element of change must be included to increase the chance of success.
Global vs Local
Primeast have extensive experience in working with global business to achieve consistency of human performance across multi-country operations. We can work with leaders in:
Strategy and management of change
– We engage people in the creation of the right conditions for the process element of change to succeed. Our Prime Engagement© approach ensures the tasks are delivered with people’s engagement to make it happen effectively and with passion. PrimeFocus© is a framework that ensures leaders create the conditions necessary to deliver a balanced, sustainable business. These two simple but effective frameworks provide organisations a robust approach to change.
Project and programme management to improve Organisational Efficiency

Culture Diagnostics, Analysis and Measures
– Primeast utilises comprehensive OD and Culture Change diagnostic tools (including CTT®, Executive Insight® (Faust) and MTQ48) and, with a partner, research with qualitative and quantitative data, to help organisations focus on the key levers to generate culture change quickly and effectively.
Coaching and Action Learning During Times of Organisational and Personal Change
– It can be difficult juggling lots of tasks and communications at the same time, and with a focus on specific business results things under your nose often get missed. We support leaders to explore ways to gain maximum engagement, overcome barriers, gain clarity and focus on priorities and consider how to inspire others to take on greater task and team responsibilities (click here for more details).

Managing Change
Primeast have researched the impact (and our perceptions) of the economic situation on how organisations are managing change, and published a White Paper with the results.
Senior Consultants Jo Murphy (left) and Sarie Leroy (right) conducted the research, looking specifically at how organisations are implementing change and what effect (if any) current economic pressures are having on the balance between project structures, processes and people engagement.
