Sam is an Organisation Development and Change Consultant who has focussed on organizational and group effectiveness interventions in Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania for the past 10 years. He has extensive experience in providing services to the public, private and NGO sectors.

Alice Zinyemba is a certified Organizational Development and management consultant. She is a university lecturer of business administration, leadership, and management development.

Christophe is Primeast’s Principal Consultant and Talent Coach for Southern Africa. As an energetic coach, facilitator and trainer, he specialises in liberating talent, developing leaders, building teams, empowering people and managing change.

Chris is an energetic and experienced consultant, facilitator and coach working in an international a cross-cultural context. His specialism is leadership and team development and he is experienced in coaching management teams to effect organisational change.

Chris’ core focus is improving individual and team performance to deliver real business results.

Mike has been described as a ‘Renaissance Man’. He owns several businesses, works as a management consultant specialising in team-building, strategic planning and presentation skills, writes books, runs safaris for visiting UK children, is an award winning photographer, and lectures on cruise liners.
