David Johnston

David is a professional facilitator who deals with the human dimension of change and transition. His courses and facilitation activities focus on Leadership, Management, Relationship building, Team building, Mission, vision and values, Communication skills and Negotiation.

With 25 years’ experience in management positions, David has been successfully training and facilitating organizational change on a full-time basis for the last 8 years. He has worked with clients in public and private organisations in the Americas and Asia.

David was employed by the Canadian government as a manager, team leader, facilitator and auditor. Some professional highlights include the design and facilitation of a course on leadership, policy making, change management and teambuilding for the government of Hong Kong.

He has designed courses in policy development and delivery in Jamaica and Brazil, as well as training management personnel from Bombardier, Alcatel Canada and Nissan Canada in leadership, management, negotiation and communication. David has also been involved in the development and delivery of a civil aviation security training program for the government of Nepal.
