Ken MartlageKen is a senior-level training and organisation development consultant and executive coach with a reputation to connect with people at multiple organizational levels, engaging them in developing new and more effective ways of fulfilling their performance goals.
Over 28 years of industrial and managerial experience in Fortune 100 companies and 7 years in private performance consulting across the world gives Ken real-world experience from which to coach individuals.
He has developed deep expertise in coaching and facilitating interpersonal collaborative skills in individuals and groups through post-graduate work with the Cleveland Gestalt Institute (associated with Case Western) and the Gestalt International Study Center. He has taught at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis for 12 years, and served as Governor-appointed member of a state technical competency development committee in Indiana.
Ken has consulted in the far East, Europe and Canada in addition to the US.
