Bringing over 25 years experience as a consultant, instructional designer, facilitator and project manager, Richard has a creative and collaborative facilitation style. He is highly adaptable and engaging with participants whether from the boardroom or the shop floor.
Richard has spent his entire professional career advising, designing and delivering customised developmental initiatives addressing issues of learning and change. This extensive experience includes working in the Organisational Effectiveness and Development practice at several highly regarded firms specialising in performance consulting. In addition, he founded and for 13 years served as president of a training company.
He has relevant sales management experience having served as the Vice President of Sales for a leading training organisation.
Richard lives in Chicago and enjoys family activities, photography, fishing and watching Chicago Bears football.
