Linnit excels working with people, whether bringing training alive for them, or working with them to help find solutions to their issues. She specializes in the interactions between people, both as individuals, and in group situations. Linnit also brings a wealth of experience as a facilitator and trainer from a 20 year international career.

Linnit is highly skilled at blending personal insight with corporate reality. She creates environments that stimulate participants to consider how they interact, helping them to gain new perspectives and learning new skills relevant to both their personal ongoing development, and the company they work for. Whether coaching individuals or on company wide programmes, Linnit explores many different areas of personal development, achieving this by creating experiences that give participants the building blocks of both understanding and application.

With a keen creative eye, she facilitates groups through activity and reflection, using traditional training tasks, real projects, and creative art – whatever is appropriate to enhance the learning of the group. Linnit is also skilled in blending challenge, fun and sensitive facilitation with relevant theories and valuable experience. As part of her wider international experience, Linnit has project-managed projects in Malaysia, Africa and South America, providing opportunities for participants to develop leadership and team skills.
