Liz Ford
Liz Ford is a business coach and facilitator with a passion for staff development. She specialises in working with middle managers, helping them to get the best out of themselves and their teams - achieving organisational success and kick-starting leadership careers. She has first hand experience of working in both the public and private sector, enabling her to quickly relate to the challenges facing modern organisations. Her practical approach ensures identified solutions can genuinely be implemented in the workplace.
Liz spent several years nursing and managing in the NHS before moving into a field-based sales and marketing role in the Healthcare Industry. From here she progressed to Sales and Marketing and then UK Training and Development Manager for a large global dialysis company.
The skills which she developed during her nursing career enable her to build strong working relationships quickly. However her sound commercial background ensures that she is not afraid to challenge her corporate clients to seize their potential and heighten their performance.
Liz is also an associate tutor for personal development on the MBA programme at Bradford University School of Management.
